The QHotels Collection is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Ashford, Kent, to lead day-to-day hotel operations across multiple departments, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

You will be a strong, engaging manager with people leadership experience, commercially astute and passionate about hospitality, driving performance and service standards while collaborating with Heads of Departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Manager - either a General Manager within a smaller property or currently a Food & Beverage Operations Manager seeking a step up into Operations Management.
• People management experience
• Commercially astute
• Strong knowledge of the industry, latest trends
• Highly passionate & driven about hospitality

Responsibilities

• You will be a strong operational leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel across a multitude of departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, front of house amongst others.
• You will be an engaging Manager, a natural with building strong relationships, working together with the Head of Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront!

What will I do?
