Salary: £64,681.46 per annum
Location: Wythenshawe, Manchester
Hours of work: 39 per week
Are you a senior-level Mechanical & Electrical leader with a passion for delivering high-performing services that make a real difference to communities? We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of our Gas and Electrical teams and drive the continued success of our in-house maintenance services.
This is a pivotal, site-based role within Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG), responsible for ensuring compliance, safety, value for money, and customer satisfaction across our M&E operations.
As Operations Manager, you'll lead a team of Contract Managers and Team Leaders in delivering compliance and repairs services that meet regulatory standards and exceed customer expectations. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of servicing, repairs, voids, and planned works across gas and electrical disciplines – with a strong focus on safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
