Responsible Individual / Operations Manager

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £80,000

• Responsible Individual / Operations Manager
• Overseeing 1 home going through registration - EBD - Cheshire based
• Planning for 4 additional properties in the Manchester/Cheshire region
• All homes are up to 3 bedrooms, EBD homes
• Work alongside Directors to ensure services are safe and effective
• Line manage Registered Manager to ensure homes meet OFSTED standards
• Lead on safeguarding concerns
• Lead on senior level recruitment
• Manage budgets

Contract:

• Full-time, permanent

Requirements:

• Level 5 in leadership and management
• Experience as an RI or RM with Outstanding Ofsted ratings
• Driving Licence
