Job description

Grosvenor Gardens Healthcare is a trusted London-based healthcare provider offering expert care for women, men, and children. Led by a team of specialist consultants, we provide comprehensive services from gynaecology and pregnancy support to child health. Our staff always go the extra mile in caring for our patients and look forward to you joining our team.

GGH has three locations; we have two clinics in West Dulwich and one clinic in Belgravia, London Victoria.

We are looking for an individual with outstanding organisational and communication skills to be responsible for the day-to-day running of the clinic. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business’ needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units, medical consultants, staff, and the existing management team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Candidates should have strong numeracy and accuracy skills and be proficient with Xero- Cloud and Excel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of operations management including, but not limited to:

  1. Finance management, including invoicing for patients, organising payments, and managing consultant revenue shares.
  2. Establishing and maintaining business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability.
  3. Managing the daily functions of the business.
  4. Ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and CQC requirements.
  5. Managing the budget to align with the goals of the business.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Substantial experience working in the Front Office of the Hospital/Healthcare industry.
  • Experienced Management Accountant or experience in an operational role.
  • Strong IT literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working with multiple groups within the business.
  • System knowledge of Xero.
  • Ability to gain detailed knowledge of Practice Manager systems/Xero affiliated systems.

Experience:

  • Management/Accountant: 2 years (required).
  • Experience with CQC compliance (preferred).
  • Healthcare Management: 1 year (preferred).

Schedule: Monday – Friday with some Saturday hours required

Location: Opportunity of working at both locations: Belgravia, London Victoria, SW1W 0DH or in West Dulwich, SE21 8SZ.
