Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team
during a pivotal phase of growth. This role is crucial as we expand our
footprint, with multiple new venue openings planned across 2025/6 with the redevelopment
of the iconic Olympia London which includes two new theatres, a cinema complex,
offices, hotels and Olympia’s exhibition space. This transformation will create
a major cultural and entertainment hub in West London.

The ideal
candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record as an
Operations Manager in a multi-brand hospitality business, specifically within
premium food-led bars and restaurants, and will be instrumental in driving
operational excellence across our portfolio. You will be an innovator with
impeccable standards, a boundless passion for incredible people, commerciality
with the drive to be an outstanding example of leadership in our businesses.
We
require an Operations Manager who has previously overseen operations of at
least 7 venues and has successfully managed the opening of at least three new
uniquely branded venues. This is a pivotal role at Incipio as we move into
major growth this year with multiple openings.
This
role would suit someone who has had experience in overseeing operations for
substantial concessions, with high volume footfall, adjacent to arenas or
entertainment venues.

leadership across their venues to meet and exceed company objectives while
delivering key performance indicators.
They take full accountability for their businesses,
supporting and empowering their teams, acting as an ally and sounding board for
General Managers, and ensuring the financial success of their venues.

What you’ll be getting up to:
Leadership and Accountability
Provide effective
leadership to venue teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and
objectives.
Take full accountability
for the performance and financial conversion of the venues.
Oversee and manage the
opening of multiple new venues, with individual concepts, menus and standard
operating procedures whilst continuing to elevate and lead our core estate.
Safe & legal
Ensure your venues are
compliant, adhering to all licensing conditions and are safe for both guest and
team.
Food & Drink
Driving excellent
standards and brand consistency through each and every dish or drink on our
menus.
Research and analysis of
food and drink trends in the industry and bringing creative ideas to the table.
Support and Empowerment
Coach our General
Managers, providing guidance and support whilst holding them accountable.
Empower team members to perform
at their best, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
Partner with the People
Team to champion the development and well-being of all team, promoting a
culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Advocate for inclusion
and diversity, ensuring that all practices and policies support these values.
Oversee financial
performance, ensuring venues continually exceed financial targets.
Implement strategies to
drive revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Partner with the Finance
Team, holding monthly P&L reviews.
Culture and Standards
Align with Incipio’s industry-leading
culture that values transparency, courageous conversations and emotional
intelligence, communicating at all times with the relevant stakeholders.
Ensure best practices are
followed consistently across all venues, maintaining high levels of operational
efficiency and guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
· 4 years in an Operations
Manager role
· Lengthy experience working in
premium, inspirational food and drink offering, focusing on spend per head,
incredible guest experience and creative problem solving, in a multi branded
operation of at least 7 venues with high volume teams
· Experience in ‘new investment’
management, venue roll outs and project work of at least 3 venues
· Has managed budgets exceeding £20M
in revenue
· Knowledge of operations in entertainment
centres or concessions
· Passionate about developing
people with proven results
· Genuine insight into people
with strong emotional intelligence
· Full understanding of licensing
and compliance, with comfortability working alongside licensing officers
· Willing to jump into life at Incipio
and utilise all that has to offer.
