£60,000 to £65,000 per annum plus bonus

Our mission? To become the nation's most loved neighbourhood restaurant & we're looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help us get there.

As an Operations Manager, you'll be a key senior leader: reporting to the Head of Operations and leading a team of amazing GMs and Headc Chefs to deliver outstanding performance across our sites. With a passion for people, hospitality & driving performance, you'll ensure exceptional delivery of all metrics across your area while maintaining our unique culture & high standards.

About You

• Able to drive both commercial and operational success
• A people-first leader who inspires, develops & mentors high-performing teams
• Experienced in multi-site management within a full-service hospitality brand
• Commercially astute with a strong grasp of budgeting, P&L, labour and margin control
• Innovative & adaptable – capable of driving efficiencies while upholding our brand values
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude, problem-solving mindset & ability to stay calm under pressure
