Job Purpose:

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the Managed Service operations at Nutral. This role ensures effective coordination among client stakeholders, delivery teams, and system support, ensuring that services are compliant, efficient, and aligned with the client's strategic goals. The Operations Manager ensures that every facet of the service delivery represents the "Nutral Way".

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Lead the execution of managed service operational workflows, ensuring accurate and timely processing through the VMS (RequiDex).
• Client Implementation: Support onboarding, implementation and mobilisation of new client frameworks, ensuring full alignment across delivery and compliance functions.
• Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance internal systems and procedures, driving operational excellence and efficiency gains.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring resilience across all workflows.
• Supplier Management: Oversee compliance of third-party suppliers in line with contractual SLA's.
• Reporting: Develop and deliver performance dashboards and compliance metrics for internal and client reporting.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to employment law, tax legislation and industry best practice, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in operations or delivery, ideally within construction recruitment or payroll.
• General understanding of construction workforce compliance
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Project management experience and ability to manage change and service implementations effectively.
