We are now seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy and proactive Education Operations Manager to join our growing London team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of our student success journey, supporting our education programmes and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
We are looking for someone who is:
·Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
·Proactive and self-motivated, with a bias for action
·Digitally fluent, with an interest in learning and applying new tech tools (e.g. AI platforms, automation tools, CRMs) – no formal IT qualifications required, just curiosity and a willingness to learn
·A strong communicator, comfortable liaising with high-achieving students and families
·Eager to grow, with opportunities for career progression in a dynamic education business

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
STUDENT ENROLMENT
Initial online inquiry handling (WhatsApp, email, via website)
Application review, academic assessment and orientation of new students
Student application progress tracking
Contract preparation and signing
ONBOARDING
Student and parent portal account setup
System access provisioning
Payment calendar creation and monitoring
TECHNOLOGY AND SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT
Operations system evaluation and selection for student enrollment and onboarding
Operational workflows streamlining and automation of administrative processes
Database management
Student information system administration and maintenance
Data analytics and reporting dashboard management
Performance metrics tracking across operational platform
ACADEMIC PROGRAMME SUPPORT
Class scheduling and coordination assistance
Academic progress tracking and performance assessment
New tracking system for recruitment of tutors for future tutoring and mentoring
ONGOING MENTORSHIP AND PERSONAL SUPPORT
Project, Research and Work Experience opportunity coordination
CLIENT RELATIONS
Overall student monitoring
Parent relationship management
Issue handling and support provision
Payment tracking, repeat onboarding and renewals management
Prepare and distribute student progress reports and distribute them to parents
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
Manage platform for the enrolment and onboarding of students

SALARY RANGE: £30-40k per year
