Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in the Greater Glasgow Area. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient management of hotel, bar, and restaurant and event venues. Responsibilities include staff management, inventory control, guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards. The Operations Manager will also manage budgets, data driven and analytical on latent revenue!

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Proficiency in inventory control and budget management
• Strong understanding of guest satisfaction and customer service excellence
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and policy implementation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred but not always required!
