Operations Manager

We are a rapidly expanding global software support company seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer.

This is a unique opportunity to join us at a pivotal moment and influence the future of our business.

About the role:

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency across regions including the UK, India, and the USA. You will collaborate with and help manage the Operations team to optimize processes and support our global growth. This full-time role can be based in Berkshire, hybrid, or remote.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing operational management and guidance across departments such as HR, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and Office Management.
  2. Leading, managing, and developing the team to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
  3. Managing projects to ensure timely and budgeted delivery.
  4. Developing and implementing policies for global compliance.
  5. Facilitating communication and workflow between teams.
  6. Overseeing budgets and operational costs with Finance.
  7. Supporting strategic planning with senior leadership.
  8. Assuming COO responsibilities when necessary.
Ideal candidate:
  • 5+ years in operational leadership, preferably in a global setting.
  • Strong knowledge of UK legislation; familiarity with US and Indian regulations is a plus.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, balancing strategy and execution.
