Job summary

Franco Manca in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, drive excellent service, and ensure every pizza is prepared to the highest standard. You will lead a team and oversee shifts, stock, and schedules in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

The role offers strong earning potential with an OTE of £33,800–£43,000 including service charge and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Management or Supervisory experience in Hospitality or restaurants.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver guest experience.
• Strong focus on service quality and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• As Assistant Manager, be the right-hand to the Restaurant Manager and keep operations on track.
• Support the Manager in delivering exceptional service and ensuring high-quality pizzas.
• Inspire, coach and develop the team to perform at their best.
• Manage busy shifts, handle customer feedback, and oversee behind-the-scenes activities.
• Monitor stock levels and staff schedules to maintain balance.
• Step up when the Manager is away to keep Franco Manca running smoothly.

• As an Assistant Manager, you'll be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, helping to steer the team and keep things running like clockwork.
• You'll support the Manager in leading the restaurant, delivering amazing service, and ensuring every pizza that leaves the kitchen is a masterpiece.
• Inspire, coach, and develop the team to be their best, creating a fun and supportive environment where everyone thrives.
• Roll up your sleeves and get stuck in - whether it's managing a busy shift, handling customer feedback or making sure everything's running smoothly behind the scenes.
• Keep an eye on the numbers, from stock levels to staff schedules, ensuring everything balances perfectly.
• Step up to the plate when the Manager is away, taking charge and keeping the Franco Manca magic alive.

What You'll Bring To The Role
