Franco Manca Edinburgh is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead one of our busy pizzerias. You’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional service, craft great food, and create a warm, memorable guest experience.

You’ll own the day-to-day running, from the dough to the smiles, supervise staff, and build strong relationships with customers and the local community. You’ll also manage budgets, hit targets, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
