Nuffield Health, Britain's largest HealthCare Charity, is seeking an Operations Manager for our Edinburgh Omni FWC centre. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary up to £38,000 per annum and a 40-hour week.

You will lead operations, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial success across the site. Ideal candidates have experience in leisure or hospitality operations, a strong track record of performance management, and a commitment to people development.

Qualifications

• Operational background in the leisure or hospitality industry.
• Track record in managing performance, improving potential and leading teams.
• Ideally holds a health and safety qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure we meet health and safety legislation, and internal audit requirements.
• Support the General Manager with technical support and guidance.
• Continually improve site standards.
• Embed a sales mentality into the duty management and reception teams.
• Nurture our teams’ confidence and pride to help them promote our services to members.
• Recruit and develop the colleagues that will help us deliver our quality and commercial goals.

As an Operations Manager at our Fitness and Wellbeing Centre, you’ll bring an operational background in the leisure or hospitality industry. You’re a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor with a track record in managing performance, improving potential and leading teams. Ideally, you hold a health and safety qualification.

As an Operations Manager, you will:
