Active Care Group, via Jane Lewis Healthcare, is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to lead regional teams and drive growth across the area. You will strengthen client partnerships, deliver exceptional service, and use data-driven insights to turn opportunities into results.

You will combine commercial thinking with inspirational leadership to grow market share and ensure high-performing teams across our healthcare staffing operations.

As Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of the performance and growth of your region. • Support colleague onboarding and development, creating an engaging experience from day one and helping people build successful careers.
• Set ambitious goals and KPIs, keeping your team focused, motivated and accountable for delivering results.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Jane Lewis, representing our values and standards with colleagues, clients and healthcare professionals.

What you'll have:

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial drive with genuine leadership capability . You’ll be someone who can see the bigger picture but isn’t afraid to get involved and make things happen.

You’ll bring:

• At least 3 years’ experience within a recruitment agency environment , ideally within healthcare, social care, nursing or a related staffing sector.
• A minimum of 2 years’ proven people management experience , with a track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrable experience of delivering against commercial targets, driving growth and increasing market share.
• Strong operational and client management experience, with the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• A commercially minded approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities and turn them into measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate people and hold teams accountable.
• A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use performance metrics and insight to improve results.
• Resilience, energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
