Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking an Operations Manager to act as the strategic business leader for the hotel, delivering growth and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will deputise for the General Manager when required and lead the team with a focus on exceptional service.

This role offers progression opportunities within Harbour Hotels, hotel stays and F&B discounts, meals on duty, and a competitive salary up to £45K per annum depending on experience, with OTE up to £49K including quarterly bonus.

• Previous experience working within a luxury lifestyle environment is desirable.

The role…

As Operations Manager you will be the strategic business leader for the hotel to deliver strategies, provide exemplary leadership to ensure all targets are met and exceeded whilst being a true people’s champion. This role will be involved in every aspect of the hotel operation important to the commercial viability and ultimate guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will be the key support to the General Manager whilst in the operation and will deputise in the absence of the General Manager. You will need to be truly passionate about hospitality and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience working within a luxury lifestyle environment is desirable.
