Babcock International is seeking candidates for the Business Operations Management Graduate Programme in Scotland. Over two years, you will rotate across business areas, developing strategic initiatives, managing projects, and supporting financial systems while collaborating with suppliers to deliver results.

You'll gain structured development, mentorship, and exposure to a range of operations roles, with a clear progression path after completion of the programme.

Qualifications

• Achieved, or on track to achieve, an (Hons) undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any subject.
• Security clearance requirements: BPSS and Security Check (SC).
• Place of birth, nationality, citizenship or residency rules may affect eligibility.
