Job summary

Babcock invites applications for the Business Operations Management Graduate Programme in Helensburgh, UK. Over two years you’ll rotate across business areas, developing strategic initiatives, managing projects, and supporting commercial operations.

You’ll start with a minimum salary of £35,000, with a hybrid onsite arrangement and comprehensive development opportunities. BPSS/SC clearance is required, and successful candidates may transition to permanent roles at HM Naval Base Clyde.

Qualifications

• Achieved, or on track to achieve, an (Hons) undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any subject.
• Must be able to obtain BPSS and Security Check (SC) clearance.
• UK residency required for this programme per security constraints.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate across markets, locations and clients to deliver results.
• Develop strategic initiatives and engage in business development activities.
• Manage projects, analyse contracts and support financial systems.
• Work with suppliers to deliver outcomes and break down complex challenges into clear steps.
