Job summary

Black Sheep Coffee is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our UK corporate store network from the London Bridge Head Office. You will drive customer excellence, optimize store performance and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

You will mentor Operations Managers, own the P&L, set scalable processes, maintain health and safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and new store openings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior operations roles within hospitality, retail, or QSR sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with track record of building high-performing teams.
• Excellent commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets, analyse data, and drive targets.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across teams.
