Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in Loanhead, United Kingdom, invites you to join us as deputy store manager to partner with the store manager and lead the team to deliver outstanding commercial, operational and people results. You’ll be empowered with accountability for key business areas from compliance to training and will step in as acting store manager when required.

You should have prior experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality, a growth mindset, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a dynamic, fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate metrics into actions.
Growth mindset and ambition to develop leadership capabilities.
Willingness to work across varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Co-lead the store with the store manager to deliver commercial, operational and people results.
Own business areas such as compliance, training and labour management.
Forecast staffing needs, participate in recruitment and selection, and train partners.
Act as store manager when required with full accountability.
Monitor KPIs, analyze trends and implement action plans to close gaps.
Drive cost control and profitability through effective resource planning.
