Job summary

GE Vernova Rugby operations is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high‑performing manufacturing site. You will drive safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements while guiding lean transformation and capacity expansion across the Rugby plant.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor with strong cross‑functional collaboration and a track record of delivering measurable results in a regulated industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Proven manufacturing leadership in a complex industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and management systems.
• Experience linking continuous improvement to business objectives and performance.
• Experience leading operations and delivering improvements across SQDC facets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the manufacturing operation, managing a multi-shift team and P&L/SQDC metrics.
• Foster a strong safety culture with stop-work authority and risk assessments.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategy to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Lead Lean transformation with standard work, visual management and problem-solving.
