Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Plant Leader to steward the GA Plant’s operations and commercial performance. You will champion the GE Vernova Way, drive Lean, Customer Focus, Innovation, One Team, and Quality while achieving aggressive P&L targets and building a high-performance, safe workplace.

You will lead EHS, financial rigor, KPI governance, and a digital transformation with Robotics and AI to optimize production, reduce COPQ and improve OTD, FPY, and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Advanced degree/MBA preferred).
• Extensive years of industry experience (Grid Automation preferred).
• Significant years experience in a senior Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS with the Zero Deviation plan and safety walks.
• Own P&L and drive sales, GM and operating profit targets.
• Oversee annual budget, cash flow, inventory and VCP to meet commitments.
• Drive Lean, Quality and Innovation through digital transformation.
• Develop cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee asset maintenance and modernization for lifecycle reliability.
