Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a GA Plant Leader in Lisburn to steward P&L and drive operational excellence using Lean, robotics, and AI. You will champion the GE Vernova Way and lead a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, cost controls, OTD/FPY targets, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement with local community. A strong emphasis on talent development and high-performance culture is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive years of industry experience, especially in Grid Automation or related fields.
• Significant senior leadership experience in supply chain or manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant’s safety culture and Zero Deviation initiatives.
• Own P&L and drive Sales, GM, and Operating Profit targets.
• Oversee annual budget, cash flow, inventory, and VCP.
• Govern KPIs including EHS, FPY, and On-Time Delivery.
• Drive Lean, Digital transformation, robotics, and AI deployments.
• Develop talent and foster cross-functional collaboration across the site.
