Tiptree Medical Centre in north-east Essex is seeking an organised, confident Operations Supervisor to lead our reception and administrative teams, coordinate rotas and HR processes, and ensure that key workflows run smoothly.

You will own and continually improve day-to-day operations, work closely with the practice leadership, and provide proactive problem solving in a busy GP environment; NHS/general practice experience is desirable, but strong supervisory and operational experience from other
