Job summary

Operose Health in London’s Newham area seeks an Assistant Practice Manager to support the Practice Manager and oversee daily surgery operations, ensuring efficient IT, HR, and financial systems and KPI attainment.

You will lead reception staff development, manage urgent calls, and coordinate with reception and admin teams to deliver high-quality patient access and experience, whilst maintaining confidentiality and data security.

Qualifications

• Reception/customer care experience is essential.
• Understanding of health services and improving lives.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager and ensure smooth running of the practice.
