Job summary

SaB Consulting Yorkshire Limited in Beverley is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure the systems, processes and resources supporting client delivery run effectively.

You will work with senior leaders to coordinate workflows, planning, management information, people administration, suppliers, marketing and events while driving efficiency, control and service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, office management or senior coordination.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Confident communicator able to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially aware and discreet with sensitive information.
• Familiar with CRM, workflow and document-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ensure approvals and handovers are completed on time.
• Maintain CRM, workflow and document-management systems with clear records.
• Monitor work in progress, capacity and service performance.
• Coordinate resource planning with senior leaders to support client commitments.
• Maintain procedures, controls and reporting for consistency and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and adopt new systems.
• Oversee workplace administration, office services and health and safety checks.
• Support client retention and business development through coordinated follow-up.
