Job summary

Adler & Allan Ltd is seeking a Business Operations Manager based in Portsmouth with nationwide travel. The role drives operational excellence through process improvement, systems implementation, performance reporting and delivery of strategic initiatives.

You will act as the MD's operational lead, standardising processes, improving collaboration and embedding continuous improvement across all locations. A key focus is data-driven decision making and cross-department support.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations within marine, MOD, or industrial cleaning/engineering environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret business data.
• Experience producing management information and KPI reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
