HAND Enterprise Solutions LTD is seeking a Head of Operations in Staffordshire to lead multiple teams, translate strategy into action, and drive operational excellence. The role reports to the HR & Operations Director and focuses on quality, productivity, and customer outcomes across services.

You will manage managers, improve performance, and implement change while sustaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within a growing business.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience within an operational leadership or service delivery environment.
• Experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance and delivering results.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading teams through change and transformation.
• Ability to stay calm, decisive, and focused under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of operational managers.
• Drive performance, productivity, and service standards across operational functions.
• Oversee resource planning, workload management, and operational delivery.
• Analyse KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
