Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Area Managers.

• Analyse site performance against business objectives and drive improvements in operational excellence.
• Collaborate with support teams including HR, Finance, DSP, IT, ACES and Engineering.
• Design and deliver initiatives across sites to improve operational performance.
