Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations or production teams in component manufacturing.
• Track record delivering operational excellence and efficiency.
• Experience overseeing capital expenditure projects.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Oversee all operational activities on site to meet production targets with quality and safety standards.
• Manage CAPEX projects, coordinating with engineering and supply chain.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with growth and customer requirements.
• Monitor resource allocation, scheduling, and cost control to maximise efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership.
