Encord, a leading AI data layer platform, is seeking an Operations Associate to join our UK operations team. You will help onboard new hires, oversee daily office operations, and organise team events to promote morale and cohesion.

This pivotal role supports the People/Operations function as we scale globally while ensuring a smooth, efficient workplace. Ideal candidates are highly organized, capable of cross-functional collaboration, and proactive in improving processes.

Qualifications

• Proven background in leading and executing core, day-to-day office operations.
• Ability to design and establish baseline systems (onboarding procedures, vendor relationships, compliance).
• Oversee multiple operational initiatives concurrently with attention to detail and clear communication.
• Comfort with core operational systems and automation to streamline processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day office operations in our UK office, including scheduling, office management, and office supplies procurement to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace.
• Support the onboarding process, including ensuring new team members are set up on all our systems and processes are operational for success
• Organise and manage company events and socials, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly and the events promote team cohesion and morale.
• Contribute to key HR initiatives and special projects as they arise and provide comprehensive operational assistance across the broader team.
