Job summary

Zero Carbon Cumbria Partnership is seeking an Operations Manager for our Retrofit & Renewables service to help households across Cumbria improve energy efficiency and living comfort.

You will lead a team of staff and specialist contractors, oversee Home Retrofit Plans, retrofit assessments, airtightness testing and heat pump/solar PV support, and act as technical lead for the Home Retrofit Planner with partners to share best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering home retrofit services is preferred.
• Ability to manage teams and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
