• Experience in project management within construction, social housing, local government, or financial project management.
• Experience with grant funding schemes, accruals, invoicing, and budget tracking.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to coordinate a dispersed consortium of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retrofit projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funding bodies, contractors, and suppliers.
• Validate grant claims, process invoices, set budgets, and maintain governance.
• Complete regular monitoring, evaluations, performance reports, and risk assessments.
