Job summary

Novus Property Solutions Ltd is seeking a Retrofit Technical Manager to lead mobilisation, delivery and handover of retrofit and decarbonisation projects across multiple sites in the South West and surrounding corridor. The role combines site, office and home working in a hybrid setup and requires driving across locations.

The successful candidate will bring Level 5 Retrofit qualifications and strong PAS 2030/2035 awareness, with the ability to upskill teams, support funding opportunities, and

Qualifications

• Strong retrofit and decarbonisation expertise.
• Experience delivering retrofit projects across multiple regions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation, delivery and handover of retrofit projects.
• Provide guidance, auditing and compliance support to operational teams.
• Support business development with funding discussions and bid submissions.
• Upskill delivery teams through training and mentoring.
• Maintain robust project documentation and compliance records.
