Futureproof Cumbria is seeking an Operations Manager for the Retrofit & Renewables service in Penrith, Cumbria. You will lead a team of staff and contractors, oversee delivery of home retrofit services, and act as the technical lead for the Home Retrofit Planner, collaborating with partners to uphold high standards.

• This is a varied role combining technical expertise, people management, service development and hands-on customer support.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of staff and specialist contractors to deliver high-quality retrofit and renewables services.
• Oversee Home Retrofit Plans, retrofit assessments, airtightness testing, cavity wall investigations, heat pump and solar PV support.
• Serve as technical lead for the Home Retrofit Planner and collaborate with partners to maintain best practices.
