Job summary

T&G Engineering Holdings Limited in West Byfleet is seeking a Head of Operations – Engineering to lead day-to-day performance across machining, production and engineering. You will plan CNC operations, allocate resources, and drive on-time delivery, quality and safety standards.

You will manage and develop engineering and production teams, implement continuous improvement, and support the introduction of new equipment and processes while coordinating with senior leadership on capacity, budgets

Qualifications

• Strong operations management experience in precision engineering or manufacturing.
• Analytical approach to KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication with customers and suppliers.
• Budgeting and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience with CNC machining or high-tolerance environments preferred.
• Relevant engineering or operations management qualifications preferred.
• On-site in West Byfleet required.
