Job summary

Laundryheap is seeking an Operations Specialist to strengthen and grow our UK delivery network, covering the full driver journey from onboarding to engagement and performance. You will work with external vendors and support fleet capacity, including London e‑bike operations.

You will collaborate across logistics, data and operations, using insights to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or last‑mile delivery.
• Experience with self‑employed, contractor or gig workforce.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with dashboards.
• Experience working with external vendors and negotiating rates/SLAs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to own work end‑to‑end in a fast‑paced environment.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of driver partners across the UK.
• Oversee onboarding and documentation including Right to Work and licences.
• Monitor driver performance, engagement and retention across the network.
• Coordinate with vendors to secure capacity and negotiate rates/SLAs.
• Support London e‑bike operations and related training.
• Resolve driver incidents and inquiries; drive process improvements using data.
• Work with Product/Tech to simplify and scale logistics processes.
