Job summary

THE PIG on the Beach in Studland is seeking a Deputy General Manager to lead and coordinate hotel operations on site. You will work closely with staff to uphold high standards, manage costs and revenue, and support the Hotel Director in daily running.

You will champion training, foster a collaborative team environment, and ensure continuity in the Director's absence. A clear progression path exists within the growing group.

Qualifications

• Significant and demonstrable experience within a hospitality management role.
• Experience and knowledge across high-volume or premium casual dining restaurants is a must.
• Ability to deliver high-volume operations and communicate effectively as a custodian of THE PIG.

Responsibilities

• Be present on the floor, driving excellent standards across all departments.
• Encourage training and development, cross-training, and apprenticeship programs.
• Analyse costs, budgeting, room rates, revenue, and property projects.
• Deputise in all tasks in the absence of the Hotel Director.
