Job summary

Exeter Trade Aluminium in Exeter is seeking an experienced Fenestration Business Manager to lead a small multi-disciplinary team across sales, order processing, technical support, production, finance, HR & marketing. You will translate strategy into operational goals and drive them to success, keeping customer commitments on track and using performance data to improve the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team, set clear expectations and conduct regular reviews.
• Coordinate sales, processing and production priorities with effective meetings.
• Review sales, pricing, margins and costs with MD and act on improvement opportunities.
• Improve enquiry handling, quotations, order handovers, and after-sales service.
• Work with factory and technical managers on capacity, training, systems and stock priorities.
• Simplify administration and strengthen use of business systems.
