• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with numerical data.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle finance responsibilities alongside administrative and sales support work.
• Clear communicator, comfortable liaising across teams to resolve issues.
• Discretion and reliability when handling confidential payroll and commission data.

This role begins as a hands-on finance and operations position. For the right person who performs strongly and demonstrates the attributes below, there will be a structured development discussion at a defined point to explore a potential move toward operational leadership.
