Job summary

Cosine Group is seeking an Operations Executive in Stokenchurch for a 6-month fixed term contract. The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and a salary up to £27,750 pro rata DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will support field teams, coordinate with internal and external partners, and drive process improvements using the latest technology to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication between internal teams, external partners, the client and suppliers
• Act as the operational expert, advising, guiding, troubleshooting and solving problems
• Identify ways to improve processes and systems using technology to drive efficiency and costs
• Support field team activities, including organising training sessions and events
• Attend and support the organisation of client offsite conferences and meetings
• Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to standards and deadlines
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers to manage equipment purchasing, distribution, and asset tracking
• Work with the team to create and maintain Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve day-to-day operational issues
