Job summary

Evelyn Partners in Liverpool seeks an Operations Executive for a 12-month FTC to perform daily operations, ensure compliance, and support data quality controls within defined SLAs. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities to develop your career in a supportive environment.

You will handle tasks, client inquiries, and MI reporting, upholding high service standards and accurate data processing while contributing to a culture of fair treatment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Interest in financial services.
• Proficient in Word and Excel (basic Word, intermediate Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to summarise complex information accurately and concisely.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in financial services operations is advantageous but not required.
• GCSEs or Scottish Higher in relevant subjects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and deadlines are met.
• Assist in KPI/KRI/MIR data collation and MI reporting.
• Respond to telephone, email and system enquiries professionally.
• Log and respond to client enquiries and maintain relevant documents.
• Maintain high data quality and escalate issues to the manager as needed.
• Ensure fair treatment of clients and maintain open, transparent communications.
