Predatech, a Manchester-based cyber security consultancy, seeks an Operations Executive to provide essential operational support and ensure smooth client experiences. The role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic team.

You will handle proposals, contracts, onboarding, invoicing, and event support, helping the consultancy run efficiently while maintaining high service standards for over 300 clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Preparing and sending proposals and contracts for new and existing clients.
• Coordinating client deliverables and deadlines to ensure seamless experiences.
• Supporting onboarding of new hires with operational guidance and resources.
• Overseeing client invoicing and payment tracking for timely billing.
• Arranging team meals/activities and supporting marketing initiatives.
