What will you be doing?

Join our Operations team in Liverpool as an Operations Executive. You will handle daily operational duties, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain data quality controls to meet service level agreements.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing tasks to high standards within deadlines and reporting anomalies.
• Meeting KPIs/KRIs/MIR and assisting in MI collation.
• Responding professionally to enquiries via phone, email, and system.
• Managing client enquiries and ensuring documentation is current.
• Maintaining high-quality standards to minimize errors and ensure excellent service.
• Upholding fair treatment of clients and transparent interactions.

Skills and Experience

To succeed, you should have:

• Interest in financial services.
• Basic Word and intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand and summarize complex information accurately.
• Effective workload organization and deadline management.
• Responsive customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services operations (advantageous but not essential).
