Sales Assistant

By working at Sally, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in Europe. We aim to empower our customers to express themselves through hair, and we need passionate and talented people to make this happen!

Our Sales Assistants focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for passionate beauty lovers who want to assist customers with hair colour, cosmetics, skin care, or nails. We will provide training to enhance your knowledge. Bring your passion and personality, and we will support you!

As a retail business, we require all employees to work flexibly. Sally operates Monday to Sunday on a rota basis, with schedules communicated in advance. You may need to work at different locations within a reasonable travel distance. If flexibility cannot be met, we cannot proceed with your application.

You must be over 18 years old due to the products sold.

Your role as a Sales Assistant includes:

Building relationships and inspiring loyalty.
Recommending additional and complementary products.
Informing customers of current promotions and events.
Setting up advertising displays and arranging merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Completing transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining a professional store environment and communicating inventory issues.
