Job summary

CPM United Kingdom Limited is seeking an organised Operations Executive on a 6‑month fixed-term contract to support field teams and drive operational excellence across the business. You will coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and partners, acting as the central operational expert to troubleshoot and refine processes.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office), generous holiday entitlement, a pension plan and access to wellbeing services such as Peppy health support

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or administration roles is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication between internal teams, external partners, client and suppliers.
• Act as operational expert, advising, guiding, troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Proactively look to improve processes and systems using technology to drive efficiency and costs down.
• Support field activities including organising training sessions and events.
• Attend and support organisation of client offsites and meetings.
• Produce and distribute account toolkits and field documentation to deadlines.
• Coordinate with third-party suppliers for equipment purchasing, distribution and asset tracking.
• Work with Salesforce and reporting systems on tablets and mobile devices.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues cross-functionally.
