A leading consultancy firm is seeking an Operations Manager for a 6-month FTC to ensure efficient operational performance across service lines. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days in the office each week. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of a firmwide operations programme and help develop key performance indicators while fostering continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have experience in operations management and a strong understanding of regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations management within a professional services or regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to manage complex operational services and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Strategy Execution in delivering a firmwide operations programme.
• Coordinate activities across service lines and maintain oversight of risks.
• Support the development of firmwide operational KPI framework.
