Eurofins Wolverhampton is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the business unit's daily performance, instill accountability, and drive continuous improvement across service, quality and financial results. You will lead managers and supervisors to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency, implementing changes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable success in improving operational performance and efficiency.
• Experience leading managers, supervisors and operational teams.
• Strong track record of driving change and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and performance improvement programmes.
• Strong people leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning and business performance management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in regulatory environments such as food, manufacturing, production, logistics, healthcare or similar.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Project and change management experience.
