Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in Wolverhampton is seeking an Engineering, Maintenance & Services Manager to oversee safe, compliant operations across the campus. You will lead multidisciplinary teams spanning engineering, facilities, hygiene, stores, security and logistics, ensuring peak equipment reliability and service delivery.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with hours 07:00–19:00 and potential weekend work.

Qualifications

• Proven working background in engineering maintenance and management experience.
• HVAC / Refrigeration certification or significant practical experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and building services systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering maintenance, facilities services, hygiene, stores, security, and customer consumables logistics across the Wolverhampton campus.
• Oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance to maximise reliability and continuity.
• Manage external consultants, contractors and service providers to standards and budgets.
• Develop and monitor facilities and engineering budgets, ensuring cost control and value.
• Implement KPI reporting and continuous improvement across all service areas.
