Job summary

Greenworld Technologies is seeking a Head of Operations to lead our busy onsite operation in Alsager. You will manage warehouse and onsite performance, drive efficiency, and work with senior leadership to meet financial and service targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a smaller SME setting with accountability for processes and improvement initiatives. You will develop operational strategies, refine workflows, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality service while controlling costs

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations in an SME environment with hands-on leadership.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, P&L and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing settings.
• Data-driven decision making and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day warehouse and onsite operational performance.
• Lead the senior leadership team against financial and service targets.
• Improve workflows, stock movement and space utilisation.
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and profitability.
• Develop and document operational processes.
• Define and manage operational KPIs.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets.
• Manage costs and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop operational teams.
• Support operational strategy and capital investment discussions.
