Job summary

Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd in Middlewich seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the site's transformation, combining Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement to deliver measurable gains across warehouse, logistic, inventory and transport.

You will inherit an established team, set operational standards, coach managers, and partner with senior leadership to support growth while maintaining safety and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse/logistics operations and site transformation.
• Proven track record of improving KPIs such as OTIF, inventory accuracy and cost.
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Strong people leadership skills with ability to develop managers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day performance and ongoing development of the logistics operation.
• Assess existing processes, structures and practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead site transformation and CI projects delivering measurable improvements.
• Introduce stronger operational disciplines around KPIs, daily management, performance reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Improve performance across OTIF, picking accuracy, inventory, productivity, cost and safety.
• Establish clear operational standards and ensure they are followed.
• Lead, coach and develop managers and team leaders across the site.
